Steven R. Lindsay, Victoria Lea Voith

Lindsay, a dog trainer and behavior consultant, explains ways to understand how behavior is biologically organized and influenced by experience. He provides a basic introduction to the applied and scientific literature regarding treatment and training programs, and covers such methods as classical conditioning, instrumental learning, and aversive control of behavior.
